Passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your visa application.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
- — These must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

An official visa application form

- — Carefully complete the first part «informations personnelles» by noting your surname, first name, gender, date and place of birth and nationality.
- — Then write the details of your passport, including the type of passport, your passport number, the date and place of issue and the expiry date.
- — Write your address and telephone number and the name, address and telephone number of your employer.
- — If you are retired, write your home address under the section «Emploi et adresse professionnelle».
- — State the type, category and requested number of entries of the desired visa.
- — Write the dates and the duration of the requested visa.
- — State the name, address, telephone number and email of the hotel in Belarus that is inviting you and state the address of stay in Belarus.
- — Explain the purpose of your stay and, if you have already visited Belarus, write the details of your last visa and your previous stays.
- — If applicable, answer questions 26-28.
- — State your planned means of transport for your entry into Belarus and your itinerary.
- — Under the heading «Moyens de financement pour le séjour en République de Bélarus», select a proof of financial means for your stay.
- — It is mandatory to have insurance assistance for Belarus before applying for a visa. Write the information about your insurance assistance for your stay under the heading «Les informations de la compagnie d’assurance médicale».
- — If you are married, write your spouse's details.
- — If the children registered in your passport are travelling with you, fill in the table.
- — Print, sign and date your application form in black ink.
A tourist voucher
- — A voucher certifying that all services related to this trip have been paid in full.
Identity card or a Belgian residence card
- — A photocopy of your Belgian resident card, front and back
A travel insurance certificate
- — Be in the traveller's name. (Insurance in a company's name will not be accepted)
- — Specify that the traveller's insurance is also valid in Biélorussie or worldwide.
- — State the duration of the applicant's stay in Belarus as well as the period of validity of the insurance. (The insurance must cover the entire validity of the requested visa) the insurance must cover at least the entire validity of the visa, but may cover more.
- — Please request one declaration per person.
- — Be signed by the insurer.

A mission letter from the Belgian company
- — For a single or double entry visa and as part of a stay of less than 30 days, you must provide an assignment letter from the Belgian company, dated, signed and stamped, indicating the purpose of the trip, the duration of the stay and the full contact details of the Belarusian correspondent.
An official invitation issued by the company inviting you to Belarus.
- — For a stay of more than 30 days and less than 90 days, you must provide an official invitation issued by the company inviting you in Biélorussie. This document must imperatively be certified as a true copy by a competent Belarusian authority (for citizens of European Union countries, a copy of the invitation is accepted).
An "original" invitation letter issued by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- — The letter must state the number of entries and the duration of the applicant's stay in that country, as well as the applicant's name and passport number.
- — It must include the registration number (from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Belarus, the date, the signature and an official company stamp.
- — It must be drafted in Russian.
An original copy of the commercial contract
- — » Certified true to the original « by a competent Belarusian body.

- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 6 working days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications, opt for express processing which takes 2-3 working days.
