Passport
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your visa application.
  • It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
  • These must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

  • Print the form.
  • Fill it in in capital letters. Be precise.
  • Under the heading «Single entry visa», indicate the type of the requested visa.
  • Under the heading «Surname», write your surname.
  • Under the heading «Other names in full», write your first names as in your passport.
  • Under the heading «Sex», indicate your sex.
  • Under the section «Full Names of parent(s) / spouse», write the full names of your parents / your spouse.
  • Under the section «Date of Birth», write your date of birth.
  • Under the section «Country and place of birth», write the place and country of birth.
  • Under the heading «Profession / occupation», indicate your occupation.
  • Under the heading «Nationality at birth», write your original nationality.
  • Under the heading «Present nationality, at birth», write your current nationality.
  • Under the section «Country of residence», write the country of residence.
  • Under the section «Home address», write your home address.
  • Under the heading «Tel. residence/mobile», write your phone number.
  • Under the heading «Tel. office», write your employer's phone number.
  • Under the heading «Passport / travel document held», indicate the number, the authority, the date of issue and the expiry date of your passport.
  • Under the heading «Reasons for entry», indicate the purpose of your trip to Kenya.
  • Under the heading «Proposed date of entry», indicate the date of entry into Kenya.
  • Under the section «Duration of stay», indicate the duration of your stay in Kenya.
  • Under the section «Full names and addresses of hotels / friends / relatives / firms to be visited», write the names and addresses of the hotels / friends / relatives / companies to be visited in Kenya.
  • Under the heading «Tel./mobile», write a phone number of a contact person in Kenya.
  • Under the section «E-mail», write an email address of a person to contact in Kenya.
  • If applicable, under the heading «Dates and duration of previous visits to Kenya», write the dates and durations of previous visits to Kenya.
  • State whether you are returning to your country of residence/domicile under the heading «Will you be returning to your country of residence?».
  • Have you ever been denied entry into Kenya? If so, indicate the date and reasons under the heading «Have you been previously denied entry into Kenya?»
  • Have you ever been convicted of an offence under any system of law? If so, indicate the offence and sentence under the heading «Have you ever been convicted of any offence under any system of law?»
  • Sign and date your application form.
The return flight reservation
  • • Print a copy of your return flight reservation.
  • • The details of all flights are required when it concerns an itinerary (transit, etc.)
