Letter of invitation
- — • This letter must be written by a company or organisation officially registered in Sudan.
- — • State the traveller's name, date of birth and passport number.
- — • Check that the arrival and departure date of the destination country is also stated, as well as the desired visa duration and the number of entries.
- — • It is necessary to explain the purpose of the trip and specify the places the traveller will visit.
- — • Also state that the company guarantees all costs related to the stay in Sudan.
- — • The letter must be signed and bear an official company stamp.
