Documents and procedures.
Passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of your trip.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
Two identity photos
- — It must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

Visa application form

- — Start by downloading and printing the visa application form using the following link: Form for Cameroon
- — Fill in the form in capital letters. Be precise.
- — Carefully complete the first part of the form by indicating the desired type of visa.
- — Write down your surname, first name, sex, date and place of birth, nationality, current residence and family situation.
- — If you are married, write the details of your spouse.
- — If you will travel with children, write their personal information in the table.
- — Then, indicate the type of your passport.
- — Then write the details of your passport, including the passport number, the place and the issuing authority.
- — State your profession and the address of your employer.
- — Write the name of your host.
- — Then note the reason for your trip.
- — Write the destination and the length of your stay.
- — In case of transit, write the country of destination after the stay in Cameroun.
- — Sign and date your application form in black ink.
Proof of the travel booking
- — A document signed by a travel agency or tour operator in the event that the trip is organised by them.
- — A hotel reservation signed by a manager of the hotel establishment or an accommodation certificate legalised at the municipal administration of the place of stay.
Proof of a repatriation guarantee
- — Certificate from an insurance company or any other approved body.
Proof of financial means
- — To travel to Cameroun, you must provide a declaration of solvency available from the bank.
The vaccination booklet
- — A copy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.

A letter of presentation from the applicant's employer
- — This letter must be written on the company's letterhead.
- — You must state the traveller's name, date of birth and passport number, as well as the name and address of the company.
- — Check that the arrival and departure date of the destination country is also mentioned and specify the desired duration of the visa, as well as the number of entries.
- — It is important to indicate that the company vouches for all costs related to the journey, with a company stamp and a signature.

An invitation letter
- — This letter must be written by a company or organisation officially registered in Cameroon.
- — This must be addressed to the consulate of Cameroon in Brussels
- — You must state the traveller's name, date of birth and passport number.
- — Check that the arrival and departure date of the destination country is also mentioned, as well as the desired duration of the visa and the number of entries.
- — The letter must be signed and have an official company stamp

Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 3 working days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications, opt for express processing which takes 1 working day.
