The additional documents to be provided depending on the applicant's situation:

- — Proof of residence in Belgique for at least 2 years
- — Persons of Indian origin
- — Persons of Indian origin who wish to travel to India and who are not in possession of PIO / OCI cards may apply for an «Entry Visa» instead of a «tourist» visa. They must attach a certificate stating that the Indian passport has been surrendered to the Embassy of India. The certificate can be obtained from the Embassy of India, 215 Chaussée de Vleurgat, 1050 Brussels between 9:30 and 11:30. The Indian passport must be surrendered to the embassy to cancel it, and for this purpose the Embassy will issue the «surrender certificate». If the applicant surrendered the Indian passport a very long time ago, it is necessary to obtain the «affidavit» declaration stating that the passport has been surrendered/cancelled. Children of parents of Indian origin must have an «affidavit» from the Indian embassy proving that they have never held Indian nationality, even if they were born in Belgium / Luxembourg.

Letter of invitation
- — This letter must be written in English by a company or organisation officially registered in India.

"Certificate of Incorporation" - Indian Company
- — This document is known to all companies in India. Please request a copy of this document from the company in India.
