Passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your visa application.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
- — These must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

An official visa application form

- — Choose your language (French).
- — Under the heading «Type de Passeport», indicate your passport type from the drop-down menu.
- — Under the heading «Type de visa», indicate the requested visa type (Tourist Visit, 60 days).
- — Under the section «Date D’Arrivée en Indonésie», write the date of your arrival in Indonesia.
- — Under the section «Date D’Embarquement», write the date of your boarding for Indonesia.
- — Under the heading «Information concernant le Passeport», write the number, the date and place of issue and the expiry date of your passport.
- — Under the section «Données personnelles», write your surname, first name(s), sex, marital status, place and date of birth, nationality, telephone number, address, occupation, and the details of your employer.
- — Then select the purpose of your visit from the drop-down menu (Tourisme).
- — Answer the questions under the heading «Autres».
- — Click on «Submit».
- — Check, print, sign and date your application form.
The return flight reservation
- — • Print a copy of your return flight reservation.
- — • The details of all flights are required when it concerns an itinerary (transit, etc.)
A bank statement
- — You must provide a bank statement showing the applicant's resources at least two weeks before the date of obtaining the visa, or a letter from the bank stating that the applicant has sufficient funds.
A copy of the residence card
- — You must provide a copy of the resident card of Belgium or Luxembourg for non-Belgians.
Passport

- — • It is important to state that the company guarantees all costs related to the trip, with a company stamp and a signature.

Letter of invitation
- — For multiple entries, you must provide an invitation letter from the company in Indonésie stating the exact purpose of the visit.
- — • This letter must be written by a company or organisation officially registered in Indonesia.
- — • State the traveller's name, date of birth and passport number.
- — • Check that the arrival and departure date of the destination country is also stated, as well as the desired visa duration and the number of entries.
- — • It is necessary to explain the purpose of the trip and specify the places the traveller will visit.
- — • Also state that the company guarantees all costs related to the stay in Indonesia.
- — • The letter must be signed and bear an official company stamp.
