Passport
- — • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of your trip.
- — • It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
- — • It must be in colour, taken against a plain white background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

Copy of residence card
- — You must provide a double-sided copy of the resident card for non-Belgians.
An invitation letter
- — An invitation letter from the entity established in Mozambique, for persons who have a contact in Mozambique.
- — OR, a letter from the company represented by the applicant, stating the purpose of the trip and guaranteeing that it will assume responsibility for the applicant's stay in the country (for applicants who have no contact in Mozambique). Yellow fever vaccination certificate
- — • If you are not up to date with your vaccinations (vaccination booklet), check with your treating doctor, an approved centre or a hospital. Note that there is a travel clinic (the Travel and Vaccine Clinic of the CHU Saint-Pierre in Brussels) where you can get vaccinated without an appointment.
Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 6 working days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications, opt for express processing which takes 2 working days.
