Passport
- — • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of your trip.
- — • It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
A photocopy of the main page of the passport
- — Please make a colour photocopy of the main page of your passport.
Two identity photos
- — • It must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

- — State your personal information: write your surname, first name, maiden name, date and place of birth, nationality of origin, current nationality, sex, and marital status.

- — If minor children are written in your passport, write their full names and dates of birth.
- — State the purpose of the trip, the type of visa, the number of entries, the duration of stay, and the arrival and departure date in Turkmenistan.
- — State whether you have visited Turkmenistan. In case of a positive answer, provide the details of your last stay in Turkmenistan.
- — Write the address of your hotel in Turkmenistan.
- — State your profession, as well as the address and telephone number of your employer.
- — Provide the details of the organisation in Turkmenistan that is inviting you.
- — State who will pay for your stay in Turkmenistan and whether you have sufficient funds for the trip.
- — Provide the details of your insurance for your trip.
- — Write your permanent address and your telephone number.

A tourist voucher

The return flight reservation
- — • Print a copy of your return flight reservation.
- — • The details of all flights are required when it concerns an itinerary (transit, etc.)
An official invitation letter from the organisation in Turkmenistan
- — An invitation letter certified by the migration service of Turkmenistan.
- — The letter must be signed and drafted by a company or organization officially registered in Turkmenistan with an official company stamp.
- — State the number of entries and the duration of the applicant's stay as well as the dates of entry and exit.
- — The letter must also state the name and passport number of the applicant.
- — The letter must be addressed to the consulate in Brussels.
- — Make sure that the dates are properly stated.
Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 5 working days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications, opt for express processing which takes 3 working days.
