Passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your visa application.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
- — These must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

- — Start by following this link to fill in the application online.
- — Under the heading «Les informations pratiques», indicate the purpose of your trip (Tourism) and the place where you will receive the visa (Embassy of Vietnam in Belgium) and attach an identity photo.
- — Click on «Continuer».
- — Then, under the heading «Les informations personnelles», write your surname and first names.
- — Then select your gender from the drop-down menu.
- — Select the date and place of birth from the drop-down menus.
- — State your nationality of origin and current nationality.
- — Select your profession from the drop-down menu.
- — State your religion.
- — Under the heading «Lieu de travail», write the name and address of your employer.
- — Then write the home address, your telephone number and e-mail address.
- — Under the heading «Les informations sur le passeport», write the number, the type, the place of issue, the date of issue and the expiry date of your passport.
- — Under the heading «Les informations sur le visa», indicate the expected date of entry, the visa validity period, the expected date of departure, the number of entries and your hotel's address in Vietnam.
- — If you have already visited Vietnam, indicate the most recent date of entry.
- — Click on «Continuer».
- — Under the heading «Les informations sur l’établissement/l’organisation/la personne qui vous invite», write the name, address and phone number of your hotel/travel agency in Vietnam.
- — Under the section «Contact en cas de besoin», write the name, address and telephone number of a person to contact in case of emergency.
- — Print, sign and date your application form.
Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 7 working days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications, opt for express processing which takes 4 working days.
