Copy of the passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your visa application.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
An identity photo
- — These must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

Photocopy of the main page of the passport
- — Please make a colour photocopy of the main page of your passport.

Application form

- — Below are the various steps to complete the form online (to be printed, dated and signed in black ink).
- — Start by following this link for the online application.
- — Under the section «Applicant Details (Passport)», write your title, your first names, your surname, your father's full name, your mother's full name, your date of birth, your sex, your current and original nationality, the place of birth and the country of birth.
- — Then complete the section concerning your passport by noting the number, the date of issue, the expiry date, the place and the country of issue.
- — State the address of your hotel in the United Arab Emirates.
- — Then indicate your mother tongue, your marital status, your religion, your level of education, your profession, the telephone number of your hotel in the émirats arabes unis and your e-mail address.
- — Then under the heading «Travel & Visa», indicate the arrival date, the departure date, the type of visa requested, the payment method for your visa, the visa fee, and the number of your plane ticket for Etihad Airways.
- — Upload the additional documents for your application and make the payment online.
