Passport
- — Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of your trip.
- — It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
Identity photo
- — It must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport).

Visa application form

- — Start by downloading and printing the visa application form using the following link: Guinea (Republic) Form
- — Fill in the form in capital letters. Be precise.
- — In the section «Adresse en Guinée», note the address of your hotel or of your host with whom you plan to stay.
- — If you travel to Guinée for strictly tourist reasons, you may leave the «Référence en Guinée» section unanswered. However, if you plan to visit someone, note the name of that person.
- — To answer the following question, «Référence dans le pays d’origine», write the name of the person to contact in case of emergency.
- — Sign and date the form.

- — Print a copy of your return flight reservation.
Hotel reservation
- — Print a copy of your accommodation reservation.
- — Please note: Applicants who do not hold a Belgian, Dutch or Luxembourg passport must also present a residence card.
Passport

A letter of presentation from the applicant's employer
- — A letter of presentation from the applicant's employer
- — This letter must be written on the company's letterhead.
- — You must state the traveller's name, date of birth and passport number, as well as the name and address of the company.
- — Check that the arrival and departure date of the destination country is also mentioned and specify the desired duration of the visa, as well as the number of entries.
- — It is important to indicate that the company vouches for all costs related to the journey, with a company stamp and a signature.

- — Please note: Applicants who do not hold a Belgian, Dutch or Luxembourg passport must also present a residence card.
Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 8-12 days if you opt for the normal procedure. For more urgent applications we also offer express processing which takes 4-6 days. Rush applications are sometimes possible, contact us for this type of exceptional request.
