Passport
- — • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of your trip. • It must also contain at least 2 blank pages.
A photocopy of the main page of the passport
- — Please make a colour photocopy of the main page of your passport.
Two identity photos
- — • It must be in colour, taken against a plain light background, in 35x45mm format and printed on photo paper (as for your identity card or passport). • You can check whether your photo meets the required criteria using the following document: Photo requirements
Identity card or Belgian residence card
- — A photocopy of your identity card or your Belgian resident card, front and back.
Visa application form

- — Below are the various steps to complete the form (to be filled in, printed, dated and signed in black ink).
- — Start by downloading and printing the visa application form using the following link: Thailand Form
- — Fill in the form in capital letters. Be precise.
- — Write your title, given names and surname.
- — If applicable, under the heading «Former Name», write your maiden name.
- — Under the heading «Nationality», indicate your current nationality.
- — Under the heading «Nationality at birth», indicate your original nationality.
- — Under the section «Birth place», write the place of birth.
- — Under the heading «Marital Status», indicate your marital status.
- — Under the section «Date of Birth», write your date of birth.
- — Write the type, number, place and date of issue and expiry date of your passport.
- — State your profession, as well as the name of your employer.
- — Write your current address, your telephone number and your permanent address and permanent telephone number.
- — If minor children accompany you, write their personal information.
- — Under the section «Date of Arrival in Thailand», indicate the date of arrival.
- — Under the heading «Travelling by», indicate your means of transport for the trip.
- — Under the section «Flight No.», write the flight number.
- — Under the section «Duration of proposed Stay», indicate the duration of your stay.
- — If applicable, write the dates of your last stay in Thailand.
- — Under the heading «Purpose of Visit», indicate the purpose of your trip.
- — Then write the address of your hotel in Thaïlande, as well as the details of your guarantor in Thaïlande.
- — Sign and date your application form.
Copy of the return flight tickets
- — • Print a copy of your return flight reservation.
Hotel reservation
- — • Print a copy of your accommodation reservation.
Proof of sufficient funds
- — Please provide a certificate of sufficient funds or a copy of the applicant's last three bank statements showing a credit balance of at least 600 Euros (single entry) or 6.000 Euros (multiple entries).
Processing time
- — We can handle your application and obtain your visa within 7 working days, but the application must be submitted at least 4 weeks before departure.
